Calgary Lawn Bowling Club offers a Monday Night New Bowlers League, where we provide instruction and an opportunity to play with other newcomers. We plan to have the first Monday Night New Bowlers League on TBA at 6:00 PM. There are lessons for new Bolwers scheduled TBA at 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM. New Members are also welcome to participate in all the other events during the season. All memberships include access to the club’s wide selection of bowls which allows players to try a variety of sizes and styles of bowls.

Forms for membership details and Release of Liability are required to be filled out for the 2024 season are attached. Completing forms prior to your first visit will help to speed up the registration process, but there will be paper copies at the club if you require them.

Calgary Lawn Bowling Club is asking all members to commit to volunteering with the Club. Volunteering is a great way for new and returning members to get to know one another and to gain an appreciation for the Club and its activities. Volunteer activities can range from helping on game days or with special events to serving on committees that are responsible for organizing and maintaining the Club. Key areas of participation have been identified on the form for you to nominate your area of interest.
