Lawn bowling is an outdoor activity that provides fun competition in a very social atmosphere. It is easy to learn and perfect for ages 9 and up — Great for team building, private parties, birthdays, anniversaries, or reunions.
We rent our complete facility for functions, including private access to the clubhouse, kitchen, greens, and all equipment required. We provide coaching to get your group up and playing in no time. We can even help with game setup, or you can jump right in.
Our two world-class greens can accommodate a total of 112 players on 14 rinks. We have outdoor chairs, bench seating, and shading umbrellas. Inside we have chairs and tables that can seat eight with a capacity of approximately 80.
Our rentals are hosted by club volunteers once per week – typically on Thursdays or Fridays afternoons for approximately 4 hours.
Groups can provide their own food and we welcome any caterer you choose. Renters may provide their own alcohol provided the appropriate AGLC permit is purchased in advance. Beverages may be consumed on premises and within the fence line. We have a bbq available for use for a small fee. Smoking is permitted in the assigned area.
For that special extra touch, we can arrange for high-quality video production and photography services through pictures up (www.picturesup.ca) at a very reasonable cost.
Our rental rate is $500 for private access to the facility, kitchen and green plus $10 per player for equipment rental and coaching. A bbq is available for use for $50 (to cover fuel, setup, and cleaning). All you need is flat-soled shoes or you can play barefoot if you prefer.
